Les Colourspheres® sont des composites sphériques, dans lesquels des pigments ont été encapsulés dans une structure polymérique. Grâce à cette structure novatrice et leurs caractéristiques de surface modifiées, les Colourspheres® offrent des propriétés plus avantageuses que les pigments classiques. En raison de leur petite surface spécifique, les Colourspheres® possèdent de bonnes propriétés mouillantes. Facilement dispersibles, les Colourspheres® contribuent à une mise à la teinte aisée.
Les Colourspheres® sont disponibles en versions hydrophobes (HB) ou hydrophiles (HL).
Les Colourspheres® SIL sont à base de silice et les Colourspheres® SIL Nude se composent de 5 teintes nude, qui on été développées pour faciliter la mise à la teinte des produits de maquillage comme les fonds de teint ou les poudres..
